DPR Construction seeks an experienced MEP Coordination Lead to drive integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across complex projects. You will guide cross-functional teams, advance standard practices, and mentor coordinators to achieve operational excellence.

With 6–8 years in MEP coordination or related construction management, you will shape project outcomes, manage risk, and ensure alignment with design, schedule, and safety requirements on large-scale builds.

• Evaluates emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements in MEP coordination practices.

Responsibilities

• Leads the coordination and integration of MEP systems across multiple or complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical requirements.
• Guides multidisciplinary teams in resolving advanced technical issues, leveraging expertise to drive innovative and effective solutions.
• Establishes and enforces MEP coordination standards, processes, and quality benchmarks to ensure consistency and excellence across projects.
• Leads risk assessment and mitigation strategies for MEP systems, proactively addressing potential conflicts and ensuring project continuity.
• Facilitates high-level coordination meetings, communicates critical updates, and aligns diverse stakeholder groups to maintain project momentum.
• Mentors the MEP team and project teams by sharing expertise, resources, and guidance on complex MEP requirements, installation schedules, and architectural and structural drawings.
