Job summary

Massage Heights is seeking a Lead Sales Consultant to support exceptional guest service and memberships sales at our Colorado Springs location. This role drives training and coaching for the Front Desk team while staying current on services, products, and promotions.

The position requires 1+ year in sales and training, and flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays. You will work with leadership to set goals and lead by example to achieve them, benefiting the Retreat and its members.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year of face-to-face sales or membership sales.
• At least 1-year of experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with employees to coach/mentor with discipline.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.
• Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team.
• Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and be diligent in setting an example for your team.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals.
