Elements Massage seeks a Lead Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent client service while driving studio growth. You will follow our proven sales process to enroll clients in the Elements Massage Wellness Program, build customer loyalty, and support membership retention.

As Lead WMA, you will manage leads, conduct outreach and conversions, and serve as a key membership sales driver.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and contacts prospective members.
• Serve as a membership sales driver, boosting Wellness Program conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to support lead conversion strategies.
• Provide light support with studio social media initiatives and presence.
