Formación

• Advanced knowledge of managing or leading patient support staff in a clinic.
• Ability to provide administrative and supervisory duties to subordinate MSA staff.
• Collaboration and customer service skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to brief, orient, and train staff in a patient support setting.
• Fiscal management, forecasting, and identifying budget needs.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise MSAs and lead staff within the Community Care department.
• Provide scheduling and referral authorization support to CC leadership.
• Coordinate administrative operations across CC and related clinics.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on workload and performance.
• Ensure compliance with VA policies and quality assurance standards.
