Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration in Leesburg and Fair Oaks is seeking a Lead Medical Receptionist to support patient flow, data entry, and scheduling. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and coordinating daily clinic activities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

This full-time position offers daytime hours, no weekends or nights, and growth opportunities, with benefits including insurance, tuition reimbursement, PTO and holiday closures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to clinics that may not be accessible by public transportation.
• Must be able to travel to CVR Fair Oaks & Leesburg Clinics.
• Must be able to travel to CVR Manassas/Reston/Fairfax/Purcellville Clinics for training.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient flow and provide superior customer service.
• Data entry and input of demographics, procedures, and payments.
• Manage schedule and treatment plan coordination and patient retention.
• Verify that patient charts are HIPAA compliant and up to date.
• Support daily center operations and inventory/compliance tasks.
