Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with data conversion credentials preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in clinical and administrative tasks is required.
• Ability to lead and develop MA staff and ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the medical assisting team with training, mentoring, and performance guidance.
• Assign tasks and ensure proper workload distribution and efficient resource use.
• Coordinate patient flow and clinic operations for timely care.
• Oversee competency and participate in interviews for new MAs.
• Serve as preceptor for new hires and students.
• Maintain strong communication between site staff, Practice Manager, and Medical Director.
