Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to provide leadership and oversight of clinical operations and MA staff within the assigned site. The role acts as a role model and liaison between site staff, Practice Manager, and physicians to enhance care delivery.

Responsibilities include mentoring MAs, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring efficient operations. Requires 3–5 years MA experience, MA certification, and BLS (preferred).

Qualifications

Responsibilities
