Job summary
Black & Veatch is seeking a Lead Mechanical Superintendent to drive field execution for complex power generation projects, focusing on combined cycle and simple cycle configurations. You will lead direct-hire craft, subcontractors, and discipline supervision to ensure safe, efficient mechanical work aligned with project requirements.

Qualifications
- 8+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
- Valid Driver's License and pre-employment onboarding requirements.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Experience with EPC projects and heavy industrial construction.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical field execution for combined cycle and simple cycle projects.
- Coordinate installation of gas turbines, HRSGs, piping, and rotating equipment.
- Monitor progress against CPM schedule and report milestones.
- Mentor and develop field supervision and foremen.
- Ensure safety, quality, and cost control in mechanical work.
