Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR).

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain safety, quality, and performance standards on site.
• Monitor CPM schedule for alignment with milestones.
• Coordinate with craft teams, subcontractors, and field engineers to resolve drawing, schedule, and quality issues.
• Develop and monitor three-week look-ahead schedule and corrective action plans.
• Supervise foremen, subcontractors, and field crews on construction management projects.
