Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and designers.
• Staffing, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Define and improve development processes and best practices.
• Provide inputs for RFPs with material and labor estimates.
• Drive design decisions across product development and legacy support.
• Ensure designs meet customer specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality to troubleshoot issues.
