Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of related experience or graduate degree with 7+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience.
• Experience in fabrication/assembly of close tolerance mechanical/electrical parts.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze design documents to develop fabrication methods, tools, and fixtures.
• Create work instructions, PFMEAs, control plans, and validation plans.
• Lead setup and validation of new production lines.
• Address manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions in designs or processes.
• Train personnel and interface with vendors for equipment purchases.
• Prepare cost estimates and write reports on manufacturing performance.
