Job summary

EMCOR Services Scalise Industries is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Mechanical Group to oversee HVAC and Plumbing projects across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. You will plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control all contract functions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include leading a team of technical staff, managing costs and schedules, coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and enforcing safety and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum of Project Management experience in HVAC and Plumbing.
• City of Pittsburgh HVAC License and/or Allegheny County Master Plumbing License a plus.
• Experience managing projects between $1M–$5M.
• Knowledge of proposals, scopes of work, scheduling and coordinating site contractors.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct, and control all aspects of a project.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the successful completion of all aspects of the assigned contract.
• Prepares monthly financial forecasts and monitors contract performance.
• Leads a team of technical staff to maintain a trained and disciplined workforce.
• Manages project scope, schedule, costs, procurement and turnover with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors on new or renovation projects.
• Enforce safety programs and ensure proper site safety practices.
