Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate construction and maintenance activities for complex mechanical and electrical systems. You will manage budgets, schedules, and procurement while guiding field personnel and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure project success.

The role requires strong communication, cost control, and scheduling skills, with frequent collaboration with safety personnel to enforce site safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Five years of progressive construction experience, or 12 years, or an associate degree with 10 years of experience.
• Proficient in Accubid, Microsoft Project and Bluebeam software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, or coordinate activities for construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Develop project budgets, schedules of values, and procurement plans; manage change orders and payments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field personnel to resolve field issues and maintain project alignment with client expectations.
• Prepare and submit RFIs and submittals; ensure warranty and closeout tasks are completed.
