Job summary

You will lead budgets, schedules, and coordination with engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial PM experience in HVAC, piping, or plumbing, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial project management experience.
• Experience in mechanical construction (HVAC, piping, or plumbing) preferred.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Job-relevant higher education degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall performance in accordance with contractual obligations
• Coordinate with engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and execution
• Oversee procurement activities, resource planning, and project implementation
• Ensure adherence to all applicable safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction through successful project delivery
