Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC, plumbing, piping and other mechanical systems from preconstruction through completion in Houston, TX.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, and proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals and change orders to deliver quality, safe and on-time projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction PM experience.
• Commercial construction experience required.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical systems knowledge.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
