Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will manage HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other mechanical systems on complex commercial projects in Texas.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders, coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, and drive safety and quality performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction PM experience.
• Commercial construction experience required.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical systems knowledge.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
