5F Mechanical Group Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to direct one or more large commercial projects, coordinating procurement, cost control, and field leadership.

You will monitor job costs, schedules, and billing while developing strong client relationships and technical guidance for the team. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of mechanical construction experience, deep knowledge of HVAC systems, and strong Excel-based budgeting skills to ensure on-time, on-budget project

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on large commercial mechanical construction projects.
• Proficient in budgeting, cost estimating and fiscal management.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to interpret contract documents and schedules.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost, schedules and billing; support field leadership.
• Issue subcontract and equipment buy-outs to meet schedules.
• Lead pre-job and planning meetings; monitor progress on site.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality and on-time, on-budget delivery.
