Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking a Mechanic 3 to maintain and troubleshoot company equipment, mentor junior mechanics, and uphold DOT and safety standards.

You will lead maintenance activities, develop repair plans, and ensure accurate maintenance records and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, extensive hands-on experience with engines, electrical, HVAC, suspension, transmissions, brakes, hydraulics, and cryogenics systems, and proficiency with SAP maintenance orders.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in a related role.
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver or SAP Fiori.
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Ability to supervise maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of Engines, electrical, HVAC, suspension, transmission, brake, hydraulic, and cryogenics systems.
• Create and manage maintenance orders in SAP.
• Mentor entry-level mechanics during repairs.
• Lead HSE meetings and address safety hazards.
• Plan and execute maintenance programs and inspect repairs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and maintain records.
