Responsibilities

• Perform and complete maintenance on equipment up to Level 3 mechanics.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures across multiple systems.
• Plan and execute maintenance programs; inspect repairs.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate HSE training.
• Mentor entry-level mechanics during repairs.
• Ensure DOT compliance and proper documentation.
