Job summary

Albers Aerospace seeks a Model-Based Systems Engineer to perform MBSE modeling and integrate system architectures with stakeholders. You will work with Lead Architects and PM on modeling patterns for requirements and processes, and support design specifications and documentation.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in engineering, 1 year MBSE experience with Cameo, U.S. citizenship, and a TS clearance. The role involves cross-disciplinary collaboration and potential CONUS travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related STEM discipline required.
• 1 year of experience with Cameo or similar MBSE modeling software required.
• U.S. citizen and TS security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct work of other engineers and stakeholders as SME.
• Develop and review system models; define modeling patterns for requirements, standards, and processes.
• Lead on smaller tasks and portions of models; assist design reviews.
• Support generation and modeling of design specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, finance, and program management to define system requirements.
• Maintain filing systems/databases for tracking project status.
• Produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications.
• Verify compliance with engineering documentation standards and test procedures.
• Support development of technical proposals and assess scope of work.
