Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Lead Material Program Manager (MPM) to lead a team of 6–8, interfacing between Supply Chain and IPT, developing supply chain strategies for development and production contracts.

You will apply Earned Value Management, manage forecasts, EACs, and MRP alignment, driving aggressive delivery schedules and cost/schedule requirements; U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• university degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in supplier management, project management, and/or program management.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Earned Value Management and participate in quarterly EACs and weekly material forecasting.
• Drive processes to meet an aggressive deliveries schedule.
• Oversee GSC proposal execution performance and reporting.
• MRP support and production alignment with Operations execution.
• Propose innovative business solutions to increase operational efficiencies.
• Identify/Generate material R&Os aligned with program execution.
• Manage EACs and related program metrics across contracts.
