Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Previous experience leading, training, or coordinating warehouse team members preferred.
• Strong dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, lift and bend frequently to meet production goals.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pull products using order sheet or RF Scanner.
• Package products and stage for shipment.
• Perform merchandise scan-ins and other QA steps to confirm contents while tracking inventory.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
• Ensure warehouse area is clean, organized and follows safety procedures.
• Lead and support Material Handlers in daily operations.
• Monitor workflow and assist in assigning tasks to meet production goals.
• Provide guidance and training on warehouse processes, inventory procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate operational issues and team performance updates to warehouse management.
