• Provide guidance and training on warehouse processes, inventory procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate operational issues and team performance updates to warehouse management.

PeopleReady of Austin, TX is now hiring Material Handler Leads in Georgetown, IN. As a Material Handler Lead, you will maintain production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials, and resupplying for other workers on production lines

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $21 - $21 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Material Handler Lead:

• Pull products using order sheet or RF Scanner

• Package products and stage for shipment

• Perform merchandise scan-ins, and other required quality assurance steps that confirm the contents of each order while tracking inventory for the company
