Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler Lead to maintain the warehouse area, ensure shipments are staged and loaded correctly, and support the shift supervisor in daily operations.

You will operate forklifts and RF equipment, receive and stage parts, verify orders, and help improve efficiency while adhering to all safety policies. The role emphasizes teamwork and reliability within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Warehousing certifications a plus.
• Read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Write reports and correspondence.
• Effective communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate WMS and RF scanner; knowledge of QMS and Lean warehousing.
• Pull and stage parts for production and complete requisitions for shortages.
• Package inventory and purchased items for shipment.
• Follow safety policies while using forklifts and lifts.
• Verify orders to ensure accuracy; pick orders to minimize shipping costs.
