Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ related experience in a NARA Federal Record Center or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, guide, inspire and delegate.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain accuracy.
• Valid State Driver’s License and ability to obtain badge.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership by guiding and motivating teammates.
• Discuss logistics with client contacts as needed.
• Monitor work for accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency with government personnel.
• Ensure personnel follow Standards of Conduct and security requirements.
• Serve as liaison between staff and client to resolve issues.
• Record times, verify totals, and sign batch logs.
• Oversee onsite work and assist with training of personnel.
