RJW Logistics Group is seeking a responsible Material Handler Lead to maintain an organized warehouse, properly staging shipments and supporting loading operations. You will ensure safety policies are followed while using forklifts, RF scanners, and related equipment.

The role requires 2-4 years in a warehouse, a high school diploma or GED, and good attendance. Training includes WMS/QMS familiarity and lean warehouse methods, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years in a warehouse environment.
• Warehousing certifications a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS.
• Knowledge of Lean Warehousing.
• Experience operating forklifts and walkie/rider equipment.
• Good attendance and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Properly receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and use RF scanners.
• Pull and stage parts for production and complete requisitions for shortages.
• Package inventory and items for shipment.
• Follow safety policies when using lifting devices.
• Learn day-to-day warehouse operations and verify orders.
