RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler Lead to maintain efficient warehouse operations and lead a team on shifts. You will manage loading, staging, and moving parts, with emphasis on safety and accuracy. The role requires experience with WMS, RF scanners, and forklift operations.

Candidates should have 2–4 years in warehousing, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable attendance. The position offers a competitive starting wage and growth through a lead role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or GED; warehousing certifications a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag parts and equipment.
• Pull and stage parts for production; fulfill requisitions for shortages.
• Verify orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure safety policies when using forklifts and lifts.
• Maintain the warehouse area and housekeeping.
• Learn day-to-day warehouse operations and assist supervisor.
