Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a Material Handler Lead to maintain orderly warehouse operations, stage shipments, and manage loading duties. You will work with forklifts and walkies, ensuring safety and efficiency on the floor.

The role requires 2–4 years in warehousing, HS diploma or GED, and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Loyalty to safety policies and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; warehousing certifications are a plus.
• 2-4 years in a warehouse environment preferred; strong attendance history.
• Experience operating material handling equipment and RF scanners; familiarity with WMS/QMS and lean warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment and RF scanners safely following policies.
• Verify orders for accuracy; pick orders to minimize shipping costs and ensure product safety.
• Assist with staging, packing, and inventory control; support cross-docking processes.
