Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products in North America, based in Cary, NC. The Material Handler Lead/Warehouse Associate supports production and warehouse operations by ensuring materials are available to manufacturing lines, managing inventory movements, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, safe operation of material handling equipment, and teamwork to keep lines supplied and running

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support production and warehouse operations by ensuring materials are available to manufacturing lines.
• Manage inventory movements and handling of scrap and recycling processes.
• Receive and store materials and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
