Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for sterile filling on dayshift in West Chester, OH. You will operate filling machines, perform in-process checks, maintain batch records, and support cGMP compliance in cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities include equipment sanitation, data entry, and assist with validation protocols. Prior regulated manufacturing experience and gowning qualification are preferred; teamwork and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Regulated manufacturing experience required.
• Strong reading/writing/speaking English to interpret SOPs and batch records.
• Accurate data entry and batch record documentation required.
• Basic math for weighments and conversions.
• Ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision and escalate as needed.
• Team-based work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and service filling machines; ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, sanitize filling equipment.
• Perform filter integrity testing per SOP.
• Start-up equipment and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Enter data online (SCADA/HMI) and maintain batch records.
• Maintain cGMP environment; support line clearances and housekeeping.
• Assist with lean activities and 5S; contribute to process improvements.
