Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for sterile filling on day shift at West Chester, OH. The role supports filling operations, equipment sanitation, data entry, and batch record documentation in a cGMP environment.

Qualifying candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ years in regulated manufacturing, and ability to read and follow SOPs. Training, lean activities, and cross-training are provided in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English to interpret SOPs and batch records.
• Basic math skills for routine calculations and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machines and assist with line setup and adjustments.
• Perform cleaning, sanitation, and aseptic gowning procedures.
• Enter batch data into SAP/HMI/SCADA systems and maintain batch records.
