Job summary

Resilience in West Chester, OH, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III for Sterile Filling. This role operates sterile filling equipment, upholds aseptic technique, and supports routine QC and GMP documentation in a fast-paced production area.

The ideal candidate has progressive pharm/biotech manufacturing experience, strong cGMP knowledge, and ability to mentor others while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of cGMP regulations, including deviation reporting, change control, and data integrity principles.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret technical documents and communicate cross-functionally.
• Experience mentoring or training technicians and onboarding new staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and ensure smooth product flow in sterile lines.
• Assemble, disassemble, sanitize equipment, and perform preventive maintenance support.
• Perform in-process monitoring and data entries (SCADA/HMI, SAP).
• Lead 5S and lean improvements; support documentation and regulatory compliance.
