Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company hiring a Manufacturing Technician III to operate sterile filling lines, perform aseptic tasks, and ensure cGMP compliance on the manufacturing floor.

You will train Tech II staff, support validations, data entry, and participate in lean improvements, with exposure to SAP and HMI systems in a fast-paced environment. Based in Ohio area operations.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of cGMP regulations, including deviation reporting, change control, and data integrity principles.
• Proven ability to independently execute complex procedures and troubleshoot routine process or equipment issues.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret technical documents and communicate cross-functionally.
• High level of attention to detail with accuracy in completing batch records and controlled documentation.
• Proficient mathematical and analytical skills, including calculations related to manufacturing processes.
• Experience mentoring or training technicians and onboarding new team members.
• Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining compliance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machinery, service, and ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, operate, and sanitize Filling equipment.
• Perform and document filter integrity testing per SOP.
• Start-up equipment and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Enter data online, including SCADA and HMI entries.
• Work with printing devices and printing mats.
• Maintain cGMP through cleaning and housekeeping activities.
• Lead media fills and demonstrate advanced aseptic technique.
