Job summary

Resilience is hiring a Manufacturing Technician III for nights to support sterile filling in a cGMP environment. You will operate filling equipment, perform aseptic tasks, and mentor Tech II staff while ensuring quality batch records and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing, strong cGMP knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced team setting. On-site West Chester, OH facility.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in pharma, biotech, or cGMP manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of deviation reporting, change control, and data integrity.
• Able to interpret technical documents and communicate cross-functionally in English.
• Attention to detail with batch records and documentation accuracy.
• Mathematical and analytical skills for manufacturing calculations.
• Experience mentoring or training technicians and onboarding.
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machines, service with materials, ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, operate, and sanitize filling equipment.
• Perform filter integrity testing per SOP and start-up equipment adjustments.
• Enter data online (SCADA/HMI) and manage printing devices as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness to sustain a cGMP environment and perform checks.
• Lead and participate in media fills and environmental monitoring activities.
• Assist preventive maintenance and participate in validations.
• Support lean and 5S, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
• Perform SAP transactions at an intermediate level and document thoroughly.
