Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III to support sterile filling operations on the manufacturing floor in West Chester, OH. The role requires operating filling equipment, performing in-process monitoring, and mentoring Tech II team members in a cGMP environment.

This position emphasizes advanced aseptic technique, data entry, and collaboration with maintenance, quality, and production teams. The role includes working in controlled areas and adherence to safety and training

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing or cGMP environments.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, deviation reporting, change control, and data integrity.
• Ability to read, write, speak English and communicate technically with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machines and maintain smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, sanitize filling equipment and perform start-ups.
• Conduct in-process monitoring and visual/physical checks of materials.
• Lead media fills and assist with process validations and improvements.
• Enter data (SCADA/HMI) and perform SAP transactions as required.
