Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to supervise inspection floor activities and drive compliant, efficient manufacturing operations on the production line. You will serve as a technical resource for the team, review complex batch records, maintain qualification standards, and collaborate with Process Facilitators and Engineers to push continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment, including leading inspection activities.
• Experience with cGMP documentation, SOPs, and investigation support.
• Mastery of visual defect detection and inspection accuracy.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize operations.
• English communication across functions.
• On-the-job training or technical guidance to peers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor inspection process activities to ensure successful operations on the production floor.
• Perform inspection activities to support floor coverage and qualification maintenance.
• Perform inventory control and reconciliation using SAP and WES.
• Execute qualification and validation protocols as required.
• Ensure work follows SOPs and cGMPs on the production floor.
• Support lean activities including 5S and CAPA as a CI resource.
