Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer (Senior) to turn ideas into scalable production systems in Twinsburg, Ohio. You’ll translate requirements into tooling, equipment, and validated processes while driving cost reductions and lead-time improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing experience, a strong background in lean and kaizen, SPC, FMEA, and hands-on design and validation of equipment and tooling. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience coordinating complex multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Author detailed specifications for processes, equipment, and tooling to meet objectives.
• Create runoff and validation plans; oversee equipment build and recipe validation.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce waste, improve cost structure, and shorten lead times.
• Build and maintain project schedules with critical path items and milestones.
• Collaborate with tooling and equipment suppliers to meet technical and schedule goals.
• Forecast spend and manage budgets for Capital Investment Projects.
• Lead or facilitate kaizen events to improve production performance.
• Prepare concise project updates for management reviews.
• Serve as project leader for cross-functional teams; mentor engineers and technicians.
• Travel to support equipment validation as needed.
