Job summary

Regal Rexnord in West Chester, PA seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements for Assembly and Machine Shop lines. You will own manufacturing processes, drive lean initiatives, and maintain safe, reliable operations to maximize yield and throughput.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing engineering, familiarity with Lean tools, and experience with QS/ISO requirements. Base salary range is $90,000–$100,000, onsite work only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ industrial engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience required.
• Lean Manufacturing / Problem Solving tools preferred.
• QS and ISO requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns technical questions and challenges from assembly/machine operators and provides prompt answers.
• Lead daily management to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, Cost and Growth in area of responsibility.
• Perform root cause and countermeasure analysis (RCCMs) of internal and external quality issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment in ownership area and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Conduct process improvement activities, standard work, Kaizen, and tool/fixture design using SolidWorks.
• Maintain process documentation, routings, work instructions, and training materials.
• Support new product development as needed.
