Regal Rexnord Corp in Erie, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to apply engineering principles to plan and develop tools, processes, and equipment for quality and efficiency. The role may be assigned to Assembly or Machining operations.

You will design layouts, drive continuous improvement, coordinate capital projects, and work with Design Engineering on product changes. Travel to other sites is possible to support manufacturing needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing production and/or machining environment.
• Education or training in CNC Machining, robotics, and/or test equipment.
• Willingness and ability to occasionally travel domestically to other sites, vendor and/or customer visits, and training events.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and design layouts to maximize efficiency using Lean principles.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods with tooling, materials, and equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and kaizen events.
