Two Coast Living seeks a Lead Make Ready Technician in Farmington Hills to oversee ongoing maintenance and turnover at our multifamily property. You’ll lead day-to-day repairs, manage the Make-Ready board, and ensure grounds and amenities are kept to a high standard.

You bring 5+ years in property maintenance, including supervising others, and relevant certifications (HVAC, EPA Type I/II or Universal; CPO preferred). A safety-first approach and strong communication help you thrive here.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in property management or hospitality environments.
• 1+ year of experience supervising two or more employees.
• 1+ years of experience of inventory control, ordering, & procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee turnover maintenance to keep the property operating and looking its best.
• Lead the Make-Ready board to keep turnover work on schedule.
• Maintain safety practices and train the team on procedures.
