Two Coast Living is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance for a multifamily property in Chelsea, MA. The role combines hands-on work with supervision of the maintenance team, handling work orders, and coordinating turnover activities with the Property Management team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in property management or hospitality environments.
• 1+ year supervising two or more employees.
• 1+ year of inventory control, ordering, & procurement.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal required.
• CPO certification preferred or ability to obtain, if applicable.
• Technical certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades preferred.
• Working knowledge of general building maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across the property and address work orders promptly.
• Oversee make-ready turnover and track make-ready activities to meet schedules.
• Supervise and train maintenance team; assist with troubleshooting and tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with residents and the Property Management team to minimize disruption during maintenance.
• Maintain safety by following OSHA rules and training staff on proper handling of chemicals.
