Job summary

Two Coast Living in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a hands-on Lead Make Ready Technician to oversee facility maintenance and turnover repairs, ensuring the property operates smoothly and looks its best.

You will bring 5+ years in property maintenance (residential or hospitality), plus 1+ year supervising others and relevant certifications (HVAC, CPO, etc.). You lead by example, manage the Make-Ready board, and uphold safety standards for residents and staff daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property maintenance experience in residential or hospitality settings.
• 1+ year of supervising two or more employees.
• 1+ year of inventory control, ordering & procurement.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing facility maintenance and turnover repairs to keep the property operating and looking its best.
• Lead and manage the Make- Ready board to keep turnover on schedule.
• Maintain safety and training standards for the maintenance team and residents.
• Assist in daily maintenance tasks and support other technicians as needed.
