Job summary

Olympus Property in Austin, TX is seeking a Make Ready Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee the Riata community’s day-to-day maintenance and lead repair/renovation work with staff and external contractors.

You will manage turn-key projects, scheduling, and safety/compliance while ensuring show units and vacant units are move-in ready, and collaborate with office staff to maintain high property standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a residential/commercial apartment maintenance role.
• EPA/HVAC certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the Riata community and achieve property maintenance goals.
• Manage turn-key operations and schedule repair/renovation work of maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Inspect and maintain apartments, common areas, and grounds; monitor service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with the office staff and Business Manager to ensure show units and move-in ready units are complete.
