Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at our Albuquerque community. You will manage turn-key projects, coordinate repairs with internal staff and contractors, and ensure all spaces are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• Full-time availability, Mon–Fri 9 AM–5 PM with weekend shifts.
• On-call responsibility and reliable sheltering for after-hours issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and achieve property goals.
• Manage turn-key work, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Schedule workloads for maintenance staff and contractors.
• Monitor service requests and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain tools, parts, and inventory; keep shops organized.
• Coordinate repairs of structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
