Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing maintenance experience servicing production equipment.
- Proven supervisory experience in a team environment.
- Electrical or Maintenance Journeyman license; associates/certificate preferred.
Responsibilities
- Read, follow, and apply work instructions, standards and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform routine inspections and manage time-sensitive work orders including emergencies.
- Follow safety guidelines, utilize PPE, and maintain a safe workplace.
- Lead with accountability, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement.
- Diagnose equipment failures and coordinate corrective actions to restore production.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve open issues.
