Job summary

Navistar, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our San Antonio manufacturing site to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex machinery, electrical systems, and automated processes.

You will uphold safety, quality, and 5S standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Typical shifts start on day shift with a move to night shift upon launch, and relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year maintenance experience.
• Associate degree in maintenance, mechanical, or electrical field.
• Willing to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Maintain safety and 5S standards in the work area.
• Disassemble, repair, and test components such as pumps and motors.
• Document work in the CMMS per procedure.
