Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead at our San Antonio plant. You’ll perform skilled preventive and predictive maintenance, supervise technicians, and drive reliability across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• 8+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Oversee Maintenance Technicians and train others.
• Troubleshoot and repair motor control, drive systems, robotics, and automation.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to identify circuits and rebuild equipment.
• Maintain safe work environment following EHS guidelines.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and manage time-sensitive work orders.
