Vivmark Residential in Carrollton, TX is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee on-site maintenance, mentorTechs, and ensure safe, high-quality living spaces. The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

You will diagnose and repair issues, organize work orders, prepare vacant homes for occupancy, and uphold safety standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repair work.
• A valid driver's license.
• HVAC (CFC certifications) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation.
• Ability to communicate with team members and residents for customer service.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures including safety policies.
• Ability to identify cleaning and chemical supplies; read SDS and proper chemical use.
• Knowledge of PPE and proper usage.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems, shutoffs, and operations.
• Knowledge of paint types and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, and related facilities.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders; complete repairs per standards and in a timely manner.
• Ensure vacant apartment homes and garages are rent-ready, including turnkey work.
• Train, mentor and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct apartment preventative maintenance (PM).
• Inspect community grounds and buildings daily to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain a strong safety culture by following Vivmark safety policies.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per Vivmark standards.
