Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• HVAC/CFC certifications required or willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry and emergency systems.
• Maintain vacant units and common areas to ensure readiness for occupancy.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff and oversee projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections of grounds and buildings.
