Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to drive maintenance excellence across our apartment communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances, and lead a team of technicians to deliver outstanding resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HVAC (CFC) certification or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances and more.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders and tasks.
• Complete work orders and repairs to company standards in a timely manner.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on apartments.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify needs.
• Maintain safety culture and follow Vivmark policies.
• Perform hot works ( brazing, soldering, welding ) as per standards.
